Never bothered to check all the animations with all the different equips, so if any permutation looks really wrong, give us a shout.

i found the kinda good combination matt is in the samurai kind of armor and his sword is the one with the hand , natz she's in the princess with the crown with the razorwind ,lance is in the metal knight armor the silver gun and anna is in the shrine maiden dress with the angelic bow with leaf hair clips

I figured out an insanely effective team set, have Natz and Anna keep using buff, heals, and status moves, while having Matt become a metaphorical tank, if you have a large amount of weaponry and armor, this will beat the living daylights out of most enemies, keep Lance as the backup, and if all fails, have him revive Natz using coffee, then have Natz revive Anna. I use this method throughout all the game (once I had all 4 characters) and I have only died 3-4 times, mainly because of poor planning of weapons before entering battle, and trying to change equips in battle.
