So here's a list of what hasn't been finished (or even started) yet:
- Map engine: movement, puzzles, interactions, transitions between game modes.
- Map objects: Updating old graphics and making new ones.
- Maps: making the actual maps, and all of their content, including treasures, NPCs, puzzles, battles.
- NPC and other map dialogue.
- In-battle dialogue in reaction to new foes and skills.
- Tutorials and tips when getting started.
- NPC parts and generator.
- Fetch quests.
- Animated battle backgrounds.
- Cutscene slides and dialogue.
- Game menus: Medals, Bestiary, Quests, Walkthrough, Map...
- Main menu: start game, music gallary, art gallery, options, credits...
- Preloader minigame and animated intro cutscene.
- Save system.
- Kongregate API: online saving, scores and microtransactions.
- Background music.
- Debugging and usability testing.
- Balancing skills, equips, foes, difficulty levels and newgame+.
- ...and some other features I haven't mentioned yet.
That is all.







Maybe some sort of unlockables like a secret weapon/armor set for people, or enemies with higher stats so if you keep your levels on newgame+ it isn't a breeze for the first 9/10's of the game.
That way you'd be able to use all your skills and stats, but not be bored to hell with level 1 enemies!
